Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment starts on time.

  • The full session fee will still apply for late arrivals.

Health and Safety

  • Hygiene and cleanliness are top priorities. All equipment and surfaces are sanitized regularly to ensure a safe environment for clients and therapists.

  • If you or your therapist experience illness or symptoms, the appointment must be rescheduled to prevent the spread of illness.

Client Consent and Confidentiality

  • Prior to your session, you will be required to provide informed consent for the treatment.

  • All personal and health-related information shared with us is strictly confidential and stored securely in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Information will only be shared with your explicit consent or as required by law.

Professional Conduct

  • We maintain a professional, ethical, and respectful environment at all times.

  • Clear boundaries are upheld to ensure every session is safe and comfortable for all parties.

  • We understand that life happens, and emergencies can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment or if unforeseen circumstances occur.
